Apple have severely restricted access to the file system of the iPhone and iPod touch. System and user interface files are simply 'invisible' - this is the raison d'etre for the jailbreaking process.

The functions below try to make the most of what is possible - mainly copying your own files to and from the device (including the contents of your iTunes library.)

File Manager
The Finder-like File Manager lets you transfer files and between disk and device and between devices.
Ringtones
Copy your own ringtones to the device (iPhone only.) An innovative Sound Editor lets you crop sound files (.wav, .mp3, .aif and more,) set fade-in and fade-out and adjust the volume.
The Bit Pit (Storage)
Use your device as a USB Storage Device. Copy your iTunes library to disk, also Voice and Video recordings and, with iOS 3.2 and higher, your photos.
