Location

Current Location top

When you create a location document, your current location is displayed on a map. The map is 'live' - you can pan and zoom. You need to be connected to the internet. A blue mark indicates your current location.

Once the location has been updated, the map will zoom in. This may take several seconds (and may sometimes fail). Tap on the mark to show its title. Tap

to call up details such as city, state, country and street address. The location is not editable (except by moving :-)

: tap to return to the previous screen. You will be asked to save or discard the location.

View Location top

When you view a location document, its location is displayed on a map. The map is 'live' - you can pan and zoom. A red pin points to the recorded coordinates. Its title is the description of the document if one was entered. Tap

on the pin to call up details such as city, state, country and street address which were saved when the document was created. The location is not editable.
